Return Policy

Mirai Official offers a straightforward returns process; however, we do not provide exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to purchase the desired size or model as a new transaction. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Return an Item

We offer a convenient self-serve return process for our customers. To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to select the items and reason for return.
  4. Submit your return request.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label if required.

General Return Terms

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days (UAE orders) or 14 days (international orders) of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If the company tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
  • If a returned item arrives without a tag or after the allowed return period, Mirai Official reserves the right to deny store credits or refunds for that item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for online card payments only and require a receipt. Processing time is 7-14 days.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Return Policy for UAE Orders

  • The return shipping cost for UAE orders is AED 16.
  • Customers must ensure returned items are sent with proper tracking.
  • Mirai Official is not liable for lost or untracked items.

Return Policy for GCC and International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees, which vary by country.
  • If an item is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us, customers will cover all return fees. Only store credits (minus shipping and customs fees) will be issued.
  • Tracked delivery is required for international returns. Mirai Official is not responsible for lost or damaged items sent without tracked shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact our customer care team within 48 hours at info@miraiofficialshop.com.
  • Faulty or damaged items will be exchanged or refunded as store credits, including shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are only available for online card payments and will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a receipt and the merchandise in its original condition.
  • Refunds can take 7-14 days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing Time

  • All returns are processed within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
  • You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of submitting your return request.

Sale Items

  • Refunds are not available for sale items. Customers may receive store credits equal to the item's value.
  • All store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Mirai Official cannot reimburse or replace packages sent to incorrect addresses.
