Order Confirmation

By completing your purchase with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your mobile number is correct to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Delivery Options

UAE: Next Day Delivery – AED 16 for standard delivery.
GCC Countries: Delivery takes 2-3 working days – AED 55.
Rest of the World: Delivery takes 3-7 working days – AED 70.

Important Notes on Shipping and Customs

All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for customs duties for international orders. These charges depend on your country’s import regulations.
If customs fees are unpaid or the delivery is refused, any charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times

International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, and timelines can differ depending on the destination.
Mirai is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
We cannot offer reimbursement for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

High-Value Orders

We reserve the right to accept or decline high-value orders.
For orders exceeding a specific value, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be informed of any additional fees.
