Delivery Options
- UAE: Next Day Delivery – AED 16 for standard delivery.
- GCC Countries: Delivery takes 2-3 working days – AED 55.
- Rest of the World: Delivery takes 3-7 working days – AED 70.
Important Notes on Shipping and Customs
- All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for customs duties for international orders. These charges depend on your country’s import regulations.
- If customs fees are unpaid or the delivery is refused, any charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.

- International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, and timelines can differ depending on the destination.
- Mirai is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
- We cannot offer reimbursement for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
High-Value Orders

- For orders exceeding a specific value, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be informed of any additional fees.
