After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification with a tracking link to follow your delivery status.

Delivery Conditions

• For next-day delivery, orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day, with delivery occurring one day after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, weekends, and Ramadan.
• 4-Hour Delivery is available in Dubai only, and some locations may fall outside the coverage zone.

If your delivery address is outside the eligible area, our team will update the delivery option accordingly and notify you. Any difference in shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
• For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and destination-specific regulations.

Mirai Official is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
We are unable to reimburse orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer f.

Mirai Official is not responsible for customs charges applied to international orders, as these depend on your country’s import regulations.

If customs fees remain unpaid or a delivery is refused, any charges billed to us will be deducted from the refund amount.

High-Value Orders

Mirai Official reserves the right to accept or decline high-value orders.

For orders exceeding a certain value, additional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be informed in advance of any additional fees.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team on the same day and before the order is shipped.

Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit.
