How to Return or Exchange an Item
We offer a convenient self-service return and exchange process:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Click the three lines (menu) and select Returns & Exchanges.
- Enter your order number along with your email address or mobile number.
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange, choose the reason, and click Next.
- Choose Exchange (for a different size or item) or Return, then follow the prompts.
- Submit your request.
Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label.
General Return Terms & Important Notes
All return and exchange requests must be initiated:
• Within 5 days of delivery for UAE orders
(Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.)
• Within 5 days of delivery for international orders
Return & Exchange Process
Returns or exchanges will be processed only after:
• An online return request has been successfully submitted, and
• The returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be sent after the returned item has been received and inspected.
You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number once the exchange order is dispatched.
Item Conditions & Additional Notes
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags securely attached.
Items with removed company tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges submitted outside the allowed timeframe may be refused.
Refunds are not eligible for items returned without tags.
If tags are missing during inspection, our team will notify you accordingly.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
• Refund processing time is 1–5 business days after inspection.
• Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
• The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s policy.
• If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.
Courier & Pickup Policy
• Please ensure the item is handed directly to the courier driver.
• Once your return is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number, and the courier partner will contact you before pickup.
• If the courier attempts pickup twice and the item is not handed over, Mirai Official reserves the right to cancel the return request.
UAE Returns
• Return or exchange shipping cost within the UAE: AED 15
GCC & International Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
International customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping fees
• Customs duties
• Any additional country-specific charges
If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and returned to us:
• All return-related fees will be deducted
• Store credit only will be issued (shipping and customs fees excluded)
Tracked shipping is mandatory for international returns.
Mirai Official is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without tracking.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours at:

• Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded after inspection, including shipping costs.
• When submitting a return request for a faulty item, please select “Damaged Item” as the return reason.
Refund Method
• Refunds are issued only for online card payments and will be returned to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 1–5 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
Processing Time
• Returns or exchanges are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving the item(s).
